After receiving his third consecutive loan out last January<\/a>, VfB Stuttgart attacking prospect Jovan Milosevic is due back at his Bundesliga outfit this December. The 20-year-old striker nevertheless doesn’t appear to have any future with Sebastian Hoene\u00df’ Swabians and would like to remain with FK Partizan Belgrade in his native Serbia.<\/p>\n

Milosevic hasn’t featured for Stuttgart since the 2023\/24 Bundesliga campaign. The youngster made five exceedingly brief relief appearances under Hoene\u00df between August of 2023 and January of 2024. In the January 2024 transfer window, Stuttgart arranged a six-month loan-out to FC St. Gallen for the heavily capped Serbian youth international. FC Gallen would later extend the arrangement.<\/p>\n

Milosevic technically returned to Stuttgart last January, but was immediately loaned back out to Partizan Belgrade on another 12-month-long arrangement. Back in his home country, Milosevic has finally begun to thrive. After scoring three goals for the Crno-beli \u00a0<\/em>last spring, Milosevic has exploded to score 11 goals across all competitions for Belgrade this autumn.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It is not known whether Milosevic’s current loan deal contains a purchase option. At the very least, Stuttgart will be looking to recoup the \u20ac1.2m they spent to acquire him from Vojvodina in the summer of 2023. The player’s recent form has nevertheless seen him triple his estimated market value from \u20ac1m to \u20ac3m in the last three months.<\/p>\n

Stuttgart may want more than Partizan are willing to spend.<\/p>\n

In light of the fact that Milosevic’s VfB contract runs until 2027, an extension of his current loan remains a possibility. If Stuttgart striker Ermedin Demirovic’s injury<\/a> leads to complications with Hoene\u00df’ attacking corps, it might even prove the case that the BaW\u00fc club decide to lend Milosevic another playing audition.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn general, everyone in charge at Partizan knows where I stand,<\/em>\u201d Milosevic recently remarked when asked about his future on the expertIVA<\/strong> podcast,\u00a0“I’m currently happy with my situation. We’ll see in December. [At Stuttgart], I had the honor of sharing the pitch with incredible players. It was certainly a wonderful time, but it would have been even better if I had had more opportunities to play there.<\/em>“<\/p>\n
